<div><br>I've gone through about half of the pages. While doing so, I ran into some serious concerns since some of the links seem incorrect and not intended by the original author.<br><br>I don't think that the journal team should just be linking things
throughout the report on their own initiative. We should only link what the author wanted
linked. We run the risk of making big mistakes if we decide how to link things.
