[Oceania-Board] [Meeting minutes review] 2020-12-11

Hi everyone,

Great to see you all in the first meeting of the new board yesterday. I
love that fact that we have both continuity and fresh faces with
representation from across the region.

There seemed to be consensus for a 24 hour review period after the meeting.
Minutes will be posted after this review.

For today it would be great if you could check the minutes one more time to
ensure they're a true reflection of the meeting. I'll send them out in the
evening.

I'll initiate a separate discussion on our procedures. If we can get them
set early and stick to them, 2021 can be a productive year.
