[Oceania-Board] Vote on Signing OSM Agreement Closes at 3 pm

Hey Everyone

We had 6 vote in agreement and none against so I have signed the document
and sent it to Joost from OSM and copied Ed. The signed document is on the
Shared Drive.

Thanks heaps for getting this together, Ed. And thanks for taking the
midnight meeting!
