[Oceania-Board] Document Prettification

I am +0. I think it is perfectly ok, and professional ( something I want this organisation to be), but IF we prefer to be more grassroots, then fine, just putting it on the wiki or into a PDF unedited is fine too. I do personally not believe that it matters to the members, but it may to supporters (incl sponsors).

I was on leave in the last 5 days. This does not need a vote ( =hence, I assume no Loomio).

I am happy for this to go ahead.

To get this back on topic, the proposal is to approve expenditure of up to $440 on formatting the annual report document.

This expenditure fits in the "under $1,000 and unbudgeted" line of the finance policy<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WtJGVLfbaaQ7j8G6hI86FJgFNFAgEv9X/view?usp=sharing>, and as such, is within my delegation limit, so technically doesn't need approval.

Please let me know if you have any issues with this expenditure.

Just reading the board meeting minutes [1] in the context of annual
report decoration - cc'ing this response to the board list with
contract details removed.

Perhaps report organisation is a job for the O&CWG? I empathise a lot
with Dionne and Hamish and Celina - vast energy was spent building the
O&CWG and it is not used - at worst sometimes actively sidelined or
weirdly excluded/dismissed ( eg [2] - a perfect opportunity to respond
with 'yes lets get WGs looking at things which will help' ). So I am
completely unsurprised that the WG feels directionless. I think the
way forward is to simply use the O&WG to do the things it is nominally
tasked to do.

Board meetings are held in the middle of the night in GMT+1 (this week
was 02:00-03:00), we all knew it was going to be near impossible for
me to show up in person to meetings months ago. So, overdue
resignation incoming.

Great to read that the 2020 hybrid conference was well attended and
has given some fertile ground for future ideas!

Cheers,

Adam
