[Oceania-Board] Discussion paper on Membership processing, interim website and G-Suite - for discussion

Good afternoon fellow Board Members,
   I have created a small document

on proposed improvements/alterations to IT and membership processes and I
would like to invite you all to provide feedback and discussion. It is in
the Board area of Google Drive currently however I will be circulating this
to the Membership working group and others and will collate the responses.
