Hey folks

We've been accepted as a tasking manager organisation!

I'm hoping I can gather up a few folks to lead the efforts to learn how to
create projects.

Do you have anyone you know might be interested or are you interested in
progressing this?

Hi Alex,

Thanks for the information that you provided in the "Tasking on the HOT
Tasking Manager" Form. OSGeo Oceania will be a great fit for the Tasking
Manager!

I’ve attached a leaflet which contains important information, key contacts
and your responsibilities as a new organization on Tasking Manager. Please
note, before you create your first projects we’ll expect you to attend the
following onboarding sessions:

   - Introduction to OpenStreetMap (30 minutes)
   - Presentation on Community and Validation  in OpenStreetMap (30 minutes)
   - Live demonstration of project creation and management (75 minutes)

After the live demonstration we’d ask you to post your first completed
project to the #tasking-manager-organizations HOT Slack channel for wider
feedback before you publish it for mapping.

Please do invite as many of your colleagues as you wish to these onboarding
sessions. This will allow more people in your organization to help with
project creation.

We do have upcoming onboarding sessions that you can choose from either
25th January or 22nd February at 12.00 UTC and 15.00 UTC.

Let us know if any of those dates and times work for you, if not we can
schedule a more appropriate time for you.

Could you please login to osm.org and share your OpenStreetMap username,
what you shared in the form was your email, but we still need your actual
username.
