[Oceania-Board] Activating the Comms WG

Hi all, I just wanted to share this exciting development with you...

You might have seen the call for participation in the Comms Working Group
in today's mail out from Ewen. We've already had a great response, with
about 8 people from our community expressing interest within a few hours,
and hopefully more to come.

Looking forward to engaging with this enthusiastic group!
