together, and are preparing to consult the community, so input from the 
Advisory Board members is important. They'll send ahead draft 
documents to review, and they will be discussed in the call. If

 you would like to activate your camera during the meeting feel free, but it is not required. Thank you :)<br></div><div><br><b># Low internet connection speed</b><br>If you 
experience unusually slow internet connection issues during the <span>meeting</span>,
 you can deactivate the videos of the other participants by pressing the 3 
dots on the top-right of the black window, going to "settings" and then 
"data savings".<br><br><b># Testing microphone/audio</b><br>You
 might want to go through the microphone/audio test of BigBlueButton 
(which occurs before one joins a video room) well in advance.<br><ul><li>It is recommended to create a free account at the OSMF BigBlueButton instance <a href="https://osmvideo.cloud68.co/" target="_blank">https://osmvideo.cloud68.co/</a>
 (if you don't have one), where a "home" video room will be created for 
you and you can test all the settings in advance. <br></li><li>If you 
don't hear yourself or the test sound during the audio test, please 
select "no" and choose a different hardware option from the drop-down
