Hi Alex,

I wouldn’t rule out using a Professional Conference Organiser at this point.

From our experiences with FOSS4G-2009 they can be a big help and can keep things running smoothly.

It will depend on the size of the event that you are targeting.


Apologies to all, I’m currently out of the country and will not make the meeting.

I have been monitoring activities with interest and like how this is shaping up.

Unfortunately, like Cameron, I have very little spare band width which will limit my involvement.
