[OSGeo Oceania] [EXT] Re: OSGEO Oceania SIG Charters (OSM and QGIS)

Hey Ed and Andrew

Since we have the OSM agreement all signed and sorted, do you think we can
move forward with making OSM a formal special interest group of OSGeo
Oceania?

We just need to develop a brief charter between us and it's done!
