Hi OSGeo Oceania Members,

Our proposed November/December 2022 election process and timeline for
appointing directors to the board requires your review and feedback.

midnight on Sunday, September 18th.*

The board will review the feedback and finalise the election process and
timeline in September, the election will take place in December.

There will be five director positions up for election. The following
directors' terms are ending:

   - Alex Leith
   - Carrol Chan
   - Elisa Puccioni
   - Ewen Hill
   - Jonah Sullivan
