[OSGeo Oceania] FOSS4G SotM Oceania Conference 2023 venue and date announcement

The inaugural FOSS4G SotM Oceania Conference 2023 organising committee 
met for the first time on Friday 13th Jan and is excited to announce 
that the 2023 Conference will be held at the AUT (Auckland University of 
Technology) campus in Auckland, New Zealand between Oct 16th - Oct 20th 
2023. A huge thanks to AUT in making the venue available.


Hamish Campbell from Koordinates is the Conference Chair and will be 
supported by the following leads:
