There is work happening at the intergovernmental / cross jurisdictional area to develop Harmonised Data Models for Australian data based on ISO 19100 series of standards. They’re taking into account learnings from INSPIRE. See:<BR>

It's alot of info to go through, so i stared this message, to get back<BR>
to this list once i have the master documen complete (to the point<BR>
where i no longer need to be the one to maintain it it, since it will<BR>
be freely open to the public.) ... i would make the database available<BR>
now, its just that it's still in beta so many changes are happening to<BR>
it<BR>
