<p class="MsoNormal">The OSGEO Oceania Board has approved the SIG guidelines, circulated on this list previously for public consultation. This means that OO is now ready to consider the SIG charters
and finalise the formation of (at least) the first 2 sigs that have been discussed.<u></u><u></u></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I would like to encourage you to finalise the draft charters and any other documentation you would like to attach, and send it for approval to the board. It would be great to get
