I have been referring to it as the OpenStreetMap Working Group (OSM WG), but perhaps these terms are interchangeable.<br><br>The charter is fairly straight forward and hopefully captures the discussions that we as a community had in July & August. I invite others to contribute, keeping in mind the obligations the OSM WG would have as a Special Interest Group.
