a Web-GIS course this spring. We hope to propose giving a talk on our course and experience in Raleigh - at least one of us will be there. </p>

to include sections on new software/apps/projects in the OSGeo community. The wiki still uses future tense for the OpenCitySmart project, so I assume it is fairly new. </p>
