Hi Micha, all,

you are raising two important points. For the topics and presenters for the short courses a table within the Wiki (https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Open_Geoscience_Committee) might be a good idea during the preparation phase. If necessary, I can pitch in for GRASS GIS.

What will be needed to get the VM & USB drives off the ground ? Is a custom-made VM needed ? Funding for USB drives (= give-aways) could be requested by the OSGeo board, if necessary.
