I've setup a Doodle poll [1] for possible hours for a meeting next
Friday afternoon, 11/12<br>
I suggest we just jump onto the #osgeolive IRC channel (Cameron: is
that OK? The hours I put into the poll do not conflict with the
weekly Thurs meetings)<br>

I'd like to try to cover these topics:<br>
<ul>
<li>Who expects to be available at the conference and is willing
to do part of the presentation?</li>
<li>What quick starts will be included (considering the background
of participants at the conference) <br>
</li>
<li>Do we aim to split the session into two separate presentations
with a different focus for each?</li>
<li>Can we find financing for USB sticks or DVD's to hand out?</li>
