255);">Townhall meetings are meetings open to all conference
participants. At townhall meetings, new initiatives or decisions
are announced to a larger audience, followed by an open discussion
on the matter raised.</p>

approval by the programme committee chair. Townhall meetings will
take place Monday–Tuesday, 18–19 April 2016, and Thursday–Friday,
21–22 April 2016, 19:00–20:00, in the lecture rooms of the
congress centre.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><a

We had great OSGeo Townhalls at the EGU GA in the last two years
[Details here: <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/EGU_Townhall_2015">https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/EGU_Townhall_2015</a>], so
there's already experience on how to do this. I will contact the
Board for funding money for 2016. <br>
