Hello folks:<br>
I had planned to attend the EGU2016 conference and present a short
course introducing the OSGeo Live DVD. However I will not be able to
make the trip (beyond my control). The short course is still
registered and scheduled. We asked for two 90 minute time slots, so
there will potentially be an opportunity to install the Live system
as a VM on participants' laptops, and go thru several quick starts.
And we have a tentative OK from Michael Smith to reimburse costs for
a small number of USB sticks for this. <br>

Can someone step forward to take the lead and oversee the short
course? I'm sorry that this has surfaced so late, but hopefully some
supportive sole will be able to volunteer.<br>
