[OpenLayers-Dev] Openlayers Renderer for Mapbuilder - done.

I've written a MapPaneOL widget for Mapbuilder which uses OpenLayers for 
rendering.

Currently, it reads a OWS Context document and will build OpenLayers Map 
and Layer objects.

So far, I've only written support for WMS layers, but it will be easy to 
add support for all the other layers provided by OpenLayers.

Next I plan to work on a GML Layer.

There is a demo in subversion at mapbuilder/demo/openlayers/index.html
