[OpenLayers-Dev] OpenLayers Announces RC3

The OpenLayers Development Team is proud to announce release candidate
3 of OpenLayers 2.2.

There are currently no outstanding issues with the 2.2 branch, and if
no issues are reported, this will become the final 2.2 release.

Tickets Fixed for this RC:

    #366        Error switching between different Google layers
    #387        Problem with FireFox Tabs
    #392        Fix broken clearArray from WMS.Untiled

These fixes mean that:

    * Switching between commercial baselayers should work again
    * Untiled layer is now functionally resizeable

To test 2.2-rc3 in your applications, include the following tag in
your OpenLayers-powered page:

        <script src="http://openlayers.org/api/2.2-rc3/OpenLayers.js"></script>

Bug reports can be filed in Trac, under the 2.2 version and milestone.
