[OpenLayers-Dev] load events

Hi list,

I am just revisiting the load events (for the loading panel), and was
wondering if we do not miss an event: loaderror?

We have loadstart, loadend and loadcancel, but no loaderror currently. If
the image fails loading (server gives back 500 e.g.), the loadstart will
never be counterparted as far as I can tell.
