I'm against pulling in the comments unless we find another reason to do
an RC3: Frankly (speaking as release manager) I feel unconvinced enough
in my own skill that I feel likely to screw it up if we did it. :)

I'm +1 on calling the current 2.6RC2 the 2.6 Final release.
