Thank you for the link of the latest version.

[1] Grabbed Framed.js, FramedCloud.js, AmberCloud.js from
http://dev.openlayers.org/sandbox/euzuro/pop/

[2] I have to comment out lines Framed.js:#187,354 to make it work though.
