Hi Zac

I'm not too familiar with TMS but what's the point of using TMS-like
URLs if a bbox param is used?

I guess having what you want could be implemented with a new protocol
(possibly inhereting from HTTP). That protocol would infer the URL
path based on the BBOX filter.
