[OpenLayers-Dev] Aplying offset on WMS Layer's tiles

Andy,

The second was my alternative solution.
Both solutions have problems with many layers, but for now i can
propose to my client compare  just 2 layers at the same time.

First I'll try develop a patch to add this funcionality.

New solutions for my problem would be welcome :)
