[OpenLayers-Dev] Using Hover or click to select with ArcGIS Rest?

Has anybody been able to disable the CTRL click to select in rest and change
it to just a hover or just a click.  I have changed the  MOD_CTRL under the
control hander in the AGSControl.js but cannot allow just a hover or a
click. Does anybody know if there something like mod_hover or mod_click?
