[OpenLayers-Dev] Layers misalignment...HELP!

Hi,

Hi I have a mapserver serving the streets layer ontop of a WMS layer using
openLayers. But I have one problem, the layers are mis-aligned by around a
kilometer. 

I am using the streets shape file from (http://downloads.cloudmade.com/) and
the WMS layer of openlayers.
