[OpenLayers-Dev] 2.10 final release?

Hi,

I'd like to motion for the acceptance of the current OpenLayers 2.10rc2
as the final release. So far, 2.10 has had only a couple minor bug reported
against it, none of which indicate any major problems with proceeding
with the release, all of which are fixed in the latest RC.
