At this point, I'm most interested in seeing 2.11 released before 
FOSS4G.  I think for that to happen, we need to call it good now.

Regarding the fixed tickets listed as 2.12, I started changing those to 
2.11, but it got very tedious.  If anybody else wants to take some time, 
that would be helpful (there's also 
http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/BatchModifyPlugin - I can vouch that it 
works, but there is liability in bringing on abandoned plugins).
