[OpenLayers-Dev] Zoom on Openlayers

Hi,


      I want to show some text/content on the map when user performs zoom
operation on any area. 
 
  For example: Openlayer has say 15 regions, suppose if the user perform
zoom on a region 3, I want to show some text/content on the map for the
region 3 only.

How can I acheive this functionality?
