No I haven't... hey ! It was posted yesterday ;)

I got that far myself (showing TopoJSON tiles and styling them), but failed to 
select polygons for the merging; moreover, I could not escape the feeling that OL3 
is very unfinished business, something you don't want to bet the farm on.
