server. This data are dynamic and should be updated every 15 second.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

WEB-adf for ArcGIS-Server with OpenLayers capability to render objects in the

10.0pt;font-family:Arial'>So I would use ESRI WEB-adf to draw the background Map
Cache. On top of this I would like to draw dynamic data with SVG using
OpenLayers as decribed above.<br>
