</blockquote><br></span>OpenLayers is only run in the browser, so it doesn't care what server you're running. Having your servers misconfigured could break OpenLayers by, say, not serving all the files your OpenLayers-using page refers to, but any webserver or combination of servers should work with normal configurations. You might want to check your server configuration (or maybe permissions) on the troublesome server.<br>
