but has anyone made any progress with a touch navigation control?  There

but the text and examples for that seem to have disappeared.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">  That geo-mobile blog makes it sound like one could
simply map the new events to the existing navigation control, is this correct?</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">  If nothing exists at the moment, what would be the
best approach?  Rewiring existing controls for the new events or creating
a new touch control?  Any advice on which method or control to use as a
basis?</p>
