Thanks to all, i will try to find a working example. it is hard to find solutions to your problems when there is limited source. and being new in the field makes your job even harder. language is another problem and etc. <br>

Strictly speaking this is not a topic for the dev list, I believe. However, have you tried to look at the maxExtent property in the OL Map class? If you just google for max extent or go to the OL examples pages you should find plenty of answers.<div>
