Hi devs,

In summary

Is there a new release coming soon ? 2.14 or 2.13.2
maybe ? Also, is there a list of "what's new" in
'master' in comparison to 2.13.1 ?

The long story

I've been working on a small project that uses
OpenLayers 2.13.1. I was asked to implement some WPS
features in it. I quickly found out some issues/missing
components in 2.13.1. Noticing that 'master' had some of
the fixes already made, I borrowed some files and loaded
them manually. Even with that, I kept piling more
patches/overrides I had to make myself. The client
currently wants to use official releases only, but I have
to have those fixes in order to make those WPS features
              work.

So, my goal would be to create some pull requests of the
fixes I made, then be able to use them in the next
release. Having an idea of when the next release is/would
be coming would tell me the what time I have to make
them. The fixes are all related to WPS, btw.

That's pretty much it with the long story. I would be
especially glad to hear from Bart, since he managed the
              last release.

Thank you very much,
