 No, the answer does not matter. The question is that "RequestC" do not get
 an 4-DONE like "RequestB". But this test is hard to fail, we can only
 t.plan(8), and also remove the delay.

 Yes yes, I agree with you. In the file attachment:Request-W3C(2).patch now
 the test only uses Request.js

 I verified that the new test still fails without r10959 (in IE8 & FF), and
 it works when applied (in FF,IE,CH & Safari)
