 And also I thought, maybe, you meant to "{{{if (this.active !== True)
 {}}}":
  When panel is off, true is saved in "activeState" to activate the control
 when panel activated. Otherwise is not doing anything, and control is
 activated when it is added to map in "addControls". I wrote a comment in
 the code to highlight the importance of this "if".[[BR]]
