 The GoogleNG layer violates the Google Maps terms of service.  The terms
 of service specify that undocumented methods cannot be used, and the
 GoogleNG layer uses a bit of a hack to get the copyright/attribution
 information.  In addition, this copyright information is not always
 correct as we are retrieving it.  Finally, the GoogleNG layer violates the
 overall intent of the terms of service that to use the tiles, you've got
 to use the whole map interface.  The whole point is that you can't use the
 tiles directly.
