 Step to reproduce
 - Start a browser with non-english settings
 - Test BaseTypes/Bounds.html unit tests
 (http://www.openlayers.org/dev/tests/run-tests.html?mode=build)

 Result
 - Test fail because of language settings, since the unit tests compares
 localized string

 Expected
 - Tests are succesfull
