Comment:

 Rather than patching all the files in trunk and shipping a CSS file we
 need to keep up to date, I have done the following:
  * Update the update_dev_dir script to tidy the CSS files, and move the
 tidified files in place over the existing stylesheets (r11477).
  * Update the release.sh script to automatically tidy our stylesheets, and
 include tidified versions at style.tidy.css, etc.
  * Added documentation to
 http://docs.openlayers.org/library/deploying.html#minimizing-build-size to
 document how to use tidy-ified CSS files.
