 This also solves the remain-active DragPan problem. (never noticed this
 one^^)

 The fact that you can start a dragPan or a zoomBox in the overviewMap is
 not so problematic, as the drag of the map extent in the overview is still
 working properly.

 I think my users will accommodate.
