 Hi Marc, can you explain one thing to me. Will this not break existing
 permalinks? Imagine the following use case: an application starts up with
 5 layers, and the middle one has visibility false. This will lead to
 &layers=TTFTT in the permalink. Then if somebody adds a layer dynamically
 using an add WMS dialog or something else, it will change to
 &layers=TTTFTT. However if he comes back to the application tomorrow,
 there will only be 5 layers initially, and the visibility will get mixed
 up from his expectations. So how is this change supposed to make sense if
 there is no way to reload the complete state of the application (i.e. the
 dynamically added layers). Can you please enlighten me, since maybe I am
 missing something obvious here.
