 Same idea as #3146 but for the format classes.

 In some classes, {{{this.options = options}}} and
 {{{OpenLayers.Util.extend(this, options)}}} are called in addition to the
 parent call; this is useless too because {{{OpenLayers.Format}}} already
 do it.
