 This is in version 2.10 works with !MousePosition, but I agree with you it
 should work with all div in controls.

 Why put it in the Future? From my point of view should be present.

 NOTE: I'm not !OpenLayers team. I have worked on this but without much
 success, my proposals were not considered, only that of !MousePosition.
