Comment:

 We have a CLA from arno, added to the CLA page.

 However, I'm not comfortable with this patch, this close to a release: we
 don't have time to get all the translation strings done, and because of
 the way our translation stuff works, this means that for any languages
 other than French or English, users will just see the string 'osm' as the
 attribution for the OSM layer. I would rather push this until after the
 release, and then immediately work on getting translations done for the
 OSM attribution.
