 Patch attachment:refactored-2-2946.patch is adapted to the distribution of
 icons in attachment:editing_tool_bar.png refactored.

 This patch uses original icons distribution of editing_tool_bar.png (the
 distribution is not uniform) but is backwards compatible.

 This allows examples like wfs-snap-split.html look with transparent
 corners.
