 Stéphane, please commit [attachment:nopan.4.patch] if you agree with my
 changes. Here's what I chnaged:

  * I removed the example. We don't have an example for {{{PanZoomBar}}}
 currently, so I don't think we should add a "no pan icons" example. And
 the API docs should be sufficient here.
  * I changed the docstrings for {{{panIcons}}}.
  * I removed hardcoded offset values (18 and 20)
  * I added {{{map.destroy()}}} calls in the test function

 Tests pass in FF3, FF4, IE8 and Chromium 10.
